- Wash the shimeji mushroom and cut / separate them.
- Boil the udon for around 1 minute till soft.
- Fry the mushrooms for a while before putting in the beef slices as mushrooms take longer to cook.
- Add in the udon.
- Add in Japanese beef sauce + 1-2 teaspoons of brown sugar and stir.
- Add in sesame oil, stir and serve!.
